How your order gets to you
We package every order carefully and ship across Pakistan through our courier partner. This page explains processing times, charges, and delivery expectations.
Processing
Orders are usually inspected, packed, and handed to the courier within one to two working days after confirmed payment.
Charge
The current delivery charge is PKR 350 per order for Pakistan-wide shipping unless a different checkout value is shown.
Courier
We use Leopards Courier for nationwide delivery and share tracking details once the parcel is dispatched.
Order processing
Once payment is confirmed, orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
Our team may contact you before dispatch to confirm details if needed.

Delivery timeline and coverage
- Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 10 working days after dispatch.
- Major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, and Hyderabad are covered, along with other Leopards network areas.
- Remote areas may take longer than standard metro-city timelines.
Tracking and packaging
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the parcel through the courier service. We may share tracking details by WhatsApp or via the contact details you provide.
Every order is packed with protective inner packaging and secure outer packaging so it reaches you safely and in good presentation.
Failed deliveries and damage
- Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number.
- If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the parcel may be returned to us and re-delivery can require another delivery fee.
- If the parcel arrives damaged, please follow the Return & Refund Policy and record an unboxing video as evidence.
International shipping
At the moment, international delivery is handled only after discussion and a mutual shipping agreement. Please contact us before placing an international order.
