Orders
An order becomes confirmed once payment is processed or you receive an order confirmation from Mahezar.
Products
Small differences in finish, texture, or appearance are normal for handcrafted jewellery and are not treated as defects.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan.
Using the website
- You must be at least 18 years old or using the website with a parent or legal guardian.
- You must not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- You must not try to access parts of the site or systems without permission.
- You agree that the details you provide are accurate, current, and complete.
Products and descriptions
- We try to keep product descriptions and images accurate.
- Colours may look slightly different on different screens or under various lighting.
- We may update, discontinue, or adjust products without prior notice.
- Availability depends on stock and may change at any time.
Pricing and payments
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise noted. Prices, taxes, and delivery charges may change, and any applicable charges are shown at checkout.
We accept approved payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery where available. We do not store your payment information.
Orders and fulfilment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a final contract until confirmed by us.
- We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues.
- If we cancel a confirmed order, we will notify you and refund you when applicable.

Intellectual property and liability
- Site content, images, logos, and product descriptions belong to Mahezar and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, courier delays, or issues outside our reasonable control.
- Our liability in any case will not exceed the value of the order placed.
